What Whipscribe can do for you instead

If Airgram's job for you was turning meeting recordings into searchable, speaker-labelled notes, Whipscribe does that without a bot in the call: upload the recording (or paste a link) after the meeting and get a diarized transcript, summary and action items — one-time credit packs, no per-seat subscription.

Airgram shut down — merged into Notta on 2024-03-08. Vendor notice.

What it is

Airgram is a meeting notetaker with a built-in agenda and timestamp-scrubbing note editor. It joins Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex calls; produces transcripts, summaries, and action items; and lets users jump from any line in the note back to the corresponding moment in the recording. Airgram supports more than 20 languages and offers a Japanese-language UI alongside English. The product is owned by Chongqing Smartmore Information Technology and is well known across Japanese SaaS and Asian SMB markets.

Best for: Teams that want a notetaker plus an agenda-and-timeline-driven note editor inside the same product.
Watch out for: Smaller user base than Otter/Fathom; English-and-Japanese-first.
